Postage Information

All Items will be delivered on Hangers in a polybag.

Items may slightly change to the photograph

All Deliveries will be made within 7 working days from Receipt of Payment, however, if there is any further delay, we will email you accordingly.

Postage & Packing will be GBP 4.95 for the UK and GBP 14.95 International shipments.

Samples: Postage & Packing will be GBP 15.00 + VAT = £17.63 for the UK and GBP 35.00 for International shipments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any order received may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the order. Only after 24 hours will the order be actioned.

REPLACEMENT POLICY:
Where any style is either sold out or not available in the particular size after an order is received, a replacement will be offered.
In the event this is not acceptable, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued accordingly.

REFUND POLICY:
A refund will be issued on all goods received back in the same condition as originally sent as long as the goods are returned back within 7 days of the goods being received by the customer.
Refunds will exclude all Postage Charges, therefore any refund will be for actual goods only.
It is advisable when returning any goods, the customer obtains a proof of postage from the postal service used. In the event that goods are not received back and the customer cannot provide a proof of postage, no refund will be issued.
